STANDARD SHIPPING

Your order will ship out within 2-4 business days of ordering and will usually ship USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item is left at the post office. Deliveries outside the U.S. may take longer and will be charged extra shipping based upon customs, distance and weight. If your shipping charges seem more than necessary we watch this and refund you accordingly (yes, we really do!).

LOCAL PICKUP

Kansas City customers may use the "LOCAL PICKUP" option on checkout and no shipping charges will be added. Your order MUST be picked up within 7 days. An email will be sent to you when your items are ready for pickup, usually within 36 hours.

RETURN POLICY

Online merchandise may be returned for online credit or refund within 21 days of the shipment. Upon receipt of returned goods, Curious Sofa reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is not in selling condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Curious Sofa is not responsible for returns not received or for a product damaged in route to us when not insured. If damaged upon arrival, please send text pics of damage and packaging ASAP to 816-898-6365.

ERRORS

Because Curious Sofa sells in a variety of venues an item may sell in the antique mall near the time you placed an order online or before we have a chance to pull it off the floor. We will refund you ASAP and apologize for this rare occurance.

Human and technical errors may occur with our website format, product quantities, descriptions and/or our packing process. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will contact or refund you when applicable.
